ICP 18: Dr. Milton Mills
We are anatomically, physiologically and psychologically plant eaters.
In Episode 18, I speak with Dr. Milton Mills, who is a critical care physician in Washington D.C. You may recognize his name as he was recently featured on the health documentary "What The Health" which as of June 2017, is on Netflix. What a great film! Incredibly eye opening. It will broaden your horizons and make you think differently about the health care system in this country. We speak mainly about 2 topics: the evolutionary reasons why we should eat plant based and racial bias affecting nutritional policies in the US. Both of which I knew very little about, which made this interview very interesting and enlightening.
